Description

• The Railway has initiated a Frequent Rider Program to reward our passengers who utilize the passenger train on a regular basis.
• Individuals who make FOUR, FULL FARE, ROUND TRIPS on the regular passenger train are eligible to receive the FIFTH TRIP FREE.

Procedures

Passengers are to retain yellow Proof of Travel portion of their 4-PART TICKET after each round-trip. Once FOUR Proof of Travel tickets have been collected they may redeemed at Passenger Sales or Hawk Junction Station for a free round-trip ticket.

• To qualify, each of the four yellow Proof of Travel tickets must bear:
• Same Passengers Name
• Different Travel Date (may vary from issue date)
• Conductors Validation Punch
• Be Dated Within One Year of Earliest Issue Date

(Travel date may differ from issue date and Conductor's have been requested to check all round-trip tickets to ensure there is a travel date and name, if absent they are to complete accordingly).

• NON-TRANSFERABLE
• NON-REFUNDABLE
• NO CASH VALUE
• Valid for one full year from earliest issue date
• Travel limited to furthest mileage indicated on redeemed Proof of Travel Portion
• Trips to Hearst on special Tour of Line not eligible
• Free trip applies to personal travel only and does not apply to baggage or freight charges.
• Not applicable to special fares. Program subject to changes and/or cancellation.
